Plot Story : The original voice cast of Lilo & Stitch returns for this direct-to-video sequel, which follows the further adventures of Stitch (aka Experiment 626) and his new surrogate family in Hawaii. It seems that Dr. Jumba (David Ogden Stiers) has brought his other 625 experiments to Earth, and now it's up to Stitch and company to make sure the villainous Dr. Hamsterviel (Jeff Bennett) doesn't get his hands on them. Among Stitch's potential new friends are Experiment 221, a havoc-wreaking electrical being, and Experiment 624, a lazy creature who enjoys making sandwiches. ~ Skyler Miller, Rovi

Review For Movie Lilo & Stitch
Smart, poignant, and utterly beguiling.Ted Shen-Chicago Reader
It's a bright, engaging bauble with half a dozen Elvis Presley songs for Mom and Dad, and just enough sass -- Stitch sticks his tongue into his nose and eats his snot -- to keep the tweeners giggling.
Richard Corliss-TIME Magazine
Regrettably, towards the end the film veers off into a mess of weird aliens and Cartoon Network silliness.
Geoff Andrew-Time Out
Disney's most winning animated couple since Bambi and Thumper.
Paul Malcolm-L.A. Weekly
An entertaining and (three cheers) modest bauble that eschews most of the blockbuster trappings that have been strangling animated features in the past few years.
Robert Denerstein-Denver Rocky Mountain News
[A] crushing disappointment.
Richard Roeper-Ebert & Roeper
Cute story, great characters, fabulous soundtrack.
Nell Minow-Common Sense Media
It is the sweetest Disney movie of its generation; but the lengthy beginning and somewhat shorter climax drag it down at the worst possible points.
Tim Brayton-Antagony & Ecstasy
This is a very disappointing effort from Disney.
Felix Vasquez Jr.-Cinema Crazed
...an affable but hopelessly uneven fantasy...
David Nusair-Reel Film Reviews
It's offbeat, action-packed, and it has a heart as big as a Hawaiian welcome. And in keeping with the Disney philosophy, the style of drawing has its own distinctive look.
James Plath-Movie Metropolis
It's funny, it's sad and, frankly, it's a bit weird.
-Film4
Easily one of the strangest products to ever emerge from the Disney animation pipeline.
Michael Dequina-Film Threat
The movie does manage to tug at your heartstrings with its themes of loneliness and finding a place to fit in, but it does it without ever rising too high on the sap-o-meter.
Scott Nash-Three Movie Buffs
Similar to most contemporary American feature-length animation, the film's overall structure is frayed.
Jon Lap-Apollo Guide
... it unapologetically affirms that love can make good things happen in a broken family.
Jeffrey Overstreet-Looking Closer
A raucous comedy/adventure [and] easily one of the strangest products to ever emerge from the Disney animation pipeline.
Michael Dequina-TheMovieReport.com
Putting aside the Pixar computer animated offerings, this is the best Disney animation in nearly a decade.
Daniel M. Kimmel-Worcester Telegram & Gazette
Make sure your kids don't get too much sugar in the cinema - the house mightn't be up to the mayhem when they get out.
Harry Guerin-RTE Interactive (Dublin, Ireland)
All the sentiment and charm you'd expect from a Disney movie, but easier to swallow thanks to mature themes and realistic characters.
-Empire Magazine
It's not in the same league with the likes of Beauty And The Beast or Aladdin, but it's much better than, say, last year's Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
John R. McEwen-Film Quips Online
Lilo & Stitch could be considered a safe and amiable vehicle for the powers-that-be at the Disney stable. But that's probably this movie's main downfall--it's TOO safe in a time where the sophisticated outlook of cinema is progressive
Frank Ochieng-Movie Eye
Wish I'd seen it on the big screen!
